She has pursued extensive professional development through the Association for Talent Development (ATD), earning the APTD, Master Instructional Designer, Writing for Instructional Design, and Evaluating Learning Impact credentials. In addition, she is certified as a Human-Centered Design Practitioner through the LUMA Institute, blending structure, creativity, and empathy into every learning solution.
