What excites me about this work is the process of design itself: starting with a sketch of what success looks like, then carefully building a solution from the ground up. Each program is thoughtfully crafted, whether self-paced eLearning, blended experiences, or facilitator-led training, to ensure that learners don’t just consume content, but interact with it in meaningful ways.
